You are interested, fascinated and excited by wine, beer, alchohol, terroir, where and how and why it’s made, food production, ingredient development, business development, relationships with patrons, suppliers and producers. And you’ll be passionate about delivering the very best service to all.

This is not a ‘bar job’, we’re looking for someone who is driven by quality produce, growing relationships and being part of a successful business. Previous experience is essential, or you need to demonstrate that you are obsessed with immersing yourself into the world of hospitality, food and drink and can learn quickly.
We will provide training focussed on you and your interests, staff discounts on all produce, an oppourtunity to put your ideas into practice and shaping The Hand’s offering as we continue to grow.
